A través de dinámicas y juegos\, ponemos atención en cómo estás tú y cómo está el caballo cuando entráis en relación\, sin condiciones. \nLa Asociación Positiva es el paso previo al vínculo. Quienes viven esta sesión llegan a sus clases con una mirada diferente: más observadores\, más presentes\, más conectados. \nCómo es la sesión \nEmpezamos en círculo en el campo. Sin caballos todavía. Cada persona comparte en una palabra cómo está\, porque los caballos van a notarlo exactamente. \nDespués observamos desde fuera: ¿dónde tiene las orejas? ¿se acerca o se aleja? ¿cómo respira? Sin interpretar\, solo viendo. \nLuego entramos al campo de uno en uno. Sin cabezada\, sin cuerda\, sin comida. Solo presencia. La instrucción es simple: entra\, para\, respira y espera. No vayas hacia el caballo.
